Between March and April 2023, Alight surveyed 2,000 U.S. employees working full or part-time at employers with at least 1,000 employees to determine their views on their current mental, physical, financial and emotional wellbeing. • 51% positive overall wellbeing rating (-2 YOY)
• 48% actively looking for a new job or open to leaving if approached (+18 YOY)
• 44% regretted a health care decision last year (+3 points)
• 75% say they have high or moderate stress
