Late last year, Alight surveyed 2,200 employees across the United States to understand what they think about the wellbeing initiatives offered by their employers.

You might be surprised what we learned:

  • 37% of employees surveyed report that they are likely to leave their employer in the next year.
  • 75% of employees say a robust wellbeing program makes them less likely to leave their jobs.
  • 88% of people who report high trust in their employer say that they are likely to stay with the company for the next year — compared to only 21% of those reporting low trust levels.
