Driving consumer behavior in uncertain times

While the average employer offers around 30-40 different benefits programs to their employees, the percentage of employees actually using them is staggeringly low. Not only does this mean that employees are missing out on opportunities to make smarter healthcare decisions, but employers are losing healthcare dollars by providing experiences that don’t drive the right results.

All the while, consumer expectations are clear. They expect personalized and enriching experiences in all facets of their lives— including their health, wealth and careers.
